She swiftly rose up the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago before moving on to be a close collaborator with famous chefs in different Los Angeles kitchens. In 2011 Lofaso was partnered alongside Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The home of Lofaso was located within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business relationships. Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom in her work to pursue the creativity she desired through this collaboration. Black Market does not have a single direction, and that's what it is designed to do. A meal could start with the potato chips and peppers, shishto. This is followed by Korean wings, meatballs, along with lobster rolls. Antonia serves as the center of this extravagant array.
